Helping women advance in leadership
Improve your business performance and the wellbeing of your workforce. How? By developing your female talent to close the confidence gap.
There is a wealth of untapped potential in the female talent pipeline and now is the time to act. You’ll reap the rewards through better financial performance and a more engaged and productive workforce.
According to research published in The Ready-Now Leaders report, organisations with at least 30% women in leadership roles are 12 times more likely to be in the top 20% for financial performance.
Right now the barriers that stand in the way for women leaders are both internal and systemic. They have to deal with their inner game of confidence and identity, as well as the obstacles of gender bias and stereotyping. This adds yet another pain point for organisations that are already striving for long-term sustainability in a global market that is quickly and constantly changing.
The good news is that you have the answer at your fingertips.
Are you ready to see what this could look like for your organisation?

Are you ready to see Results?
~Here's how it works~
1. We’ll have a Discovery Call where we’ll look at the key priorities for your organisation, the gaps that need to be closed and how I can help you do that. If I can help you, we’ll agree to work together and I’ll talk about how the coaching arrangement will work.
2. Next I’ll have a Kick-Off call with the leader receiving the coaching to understand their goals, agree the outcomes and develop a clear action plan.
3. The coaching starts! We’ll work together over 3 months to achieve the goals.

"We were delighted with the Resilience workshop Yvonne delivered to our Women’s Network. Her natural warmth and engaging personality immediately put people at ease with the result that there was great engagement and all present felt they were able to contribute. We really appreciated the mix of activities including the breakout groups and the timings allocated worked perfectly. Yvonne is a great communicator, her material was really well researched and presented and at exactly the right level for the audience. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive and we sincerely hope that we’ll be able to engage Yvonne for future sessions, working with her was a real pleasure."

"I had the pleasure of hosting the ‘Resilience: Turning Reactions into Responses’ workshop, and I was truly impressed. Yvonne’s energy was infectious, making the session engaging and empowering. Yvonne’s personable approach, coupled with relatable examples, made the concept of resilience easy to grasp. I left with plenty of valuable takeaways that I can apply in both my personal and professional life. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their resilience skills!"

"The Resilience session delivered by Yvonne Tajok was fantastic. Colleagues were enthusiastically interacting and willing to share openly throughout the session. The high level of engagement did not impact on the time management as there was sufficient time for all of the activities to take place smoothly with the addition of breakout rooms that were not rushed. I strongly recommend Yvonne as a Facilitator as her approach is warm and compassionate, with excellent preparation to make the session an absolute delight to participate in within the allocated time."

"Yvonne delivered an Overcoming Imposter Syndrome session for Women in Leadership at Kent University, which was attended by a wide variety of colleagues and greatly appreciated by all. Yvonne was personable, professional, and brought genuine empathy and understanding to the session. Yvonne created space for colleagues to reflect on their own experiences, balanced with time to connect and share in a safe space. The practical nature of the session allowed attendees to take tools away with them, and I am very grateful to Yvonne for leading such an empowering session – Thank you!"

The content was inspiring whilst practical which helped to instigate reflection and enabled plans for future action to be created. Yvonne recently ran an online training session for colleagues at the University of Westminster on the subject of Imposter Syndrome. The interactive session provided us with information, opportunities to ask questions, to reflect as a group, as well as useful smaller break-out sessions. The training was insightful and provided a safe and supportive space for reflection and to set out aims for growth. Thank you, Yvonne, for helping us to recognise and embrace our strengths, uniqueness and talents!

"Yvonne delivered the ‘Claiming Your Space and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome’ session at one of our monthly Women in Navitas Network workshops last year. Along with her warm and friendly attitude, Yvonne brought along with herself a lot of knowledge and resources to support women in particular, that may be struggling with imposter syndrome. During the session, multiple people spoke in the forum that had not previously shared their experiences and some highlighted that they felt they were the only ones feeling like an imposter. I felt that that was a good balance between critical reflection via the use of key questions, rich discussion/sharing of real-life experiences and content delivery to expand our knowledge of the topic itself. It was an informative but interactive session – just as we requested.
I particularly valued the section around the strategies to overcome imposter syndrome as I felt it was important for the audience to leave with tools after the workshop itself. It was also very insightful learning about where imposter syndrome may come from, this was particularly helpful for a diverse audience working across many different functions within our global organisation. Yvonne also shared an activity for after the session to support the audience with setting goals or taking action outside of the workshop. We have received positive feedback that this has helped with keeping up the momentum and overcoming feelings of Imposter Syndrome.
Thank you Yvonne for sharing your time and knowledge with our Women’s network. We took a lot from the session and look forward to working with you again in the near future!"
